Nomenclatural History
The species Zooshikella ganghwensis was originally described and validly published by Yi et al. 2003. Huang et al. published an emended description of this species in 2021. In 2021, Pira et al. reduced this species to the rank of subspecies to form (Yi et al. 2003) Pira et al. 2021 . Huang et al. established this name as a later heterotypic synonym of Ramaprasad et al. 2015 in 2021.
