Nomenclatural History
The species Syntrophospora bryantii was originally described and validly published by Zhao et al. 1990. Zhao et al. formed this name in 1990 by placing the species Stieb and Schink 1985 into the genus McInerney et al. 1982 emend. Wu et al. 2006. In 2006, Wu et al. established as the basonym of (Stieb and Schink 1985) Wu et al. 2006 .
