Nomenclatural History
The species Geobacillus caldoxylosilyticus was originally described and validly published by Fortina et al. 2001. Fortina et al. formed this name in 2001 by placing the species Ahmad et al. 2000 into the genus Nazina et al. 2001 emend. Aliyu et al. 2018. In 2018, Aliyu et al. established as the basonym of (Ahmad et al. 2000) Aliyu et al. 2019 .
