Nomenclatural History	The species Thermobispora bispora was originally described and validly published by Wang et al. 1996. Nouioui et al. published an emended description of this species in 2018. Wang et al. formed this name in 1996 by placing the species Microbispora bispora (Henssen 1957) Lechevalier 1965 (Approved Lists 1980) into the genus Thermobispora Wang et al. 1996.
