Nomenclatural History
The species Calidifontibacillus oryziterrae was originally described and validly published by Adiguzel et al. 2020. Adiguzel et al. formed this name in 2020 by placing the species Bao et al. 2017 into the genus Adiguzel et al. 2020. Oren and Garrity established as a later homotypic synonym of (Bao et al. 2017) Gupta et al. 2020 in 2021.
