Nomenclatural History
The species Streptomyces setae was originally described and validly published by Wellington et al. 1992. Wellington et al. formed this name in 1992 by placing the species corrig. Ōmura et al. 1983 emend. Nouioui et al. 2018 into the genus Waksman and Henrici 1943 (Approved Lists 1980) emend. Idris et al. 2017.
