Nomenclatural History	The species Actinomadura coeruleoviolacea was originally described by Preobrazhenskaya et al. 1976. This name became validly published when it appeared on Validation List No. 23 in 1987. In 1990, Kroppenstedt et al. established Actinomadura coeruleoviolacea as the basonym of Saccharothrix coeruleoviolacea (Preobrazhenskaya et al. 1987) Kroppenstedt et al. 1991 .
