Nomenclatural History
|
The genus Caseobacter was originally proposed by Crombach 1978. This name appeared on the Approved Lists of Bacterial Names 1980. Collins et al. transferred the members of this genus into
Corynebacterium Lehmann and Neumann 1896 (Approved Lists 1980) emend. Baek et al. 2018
in 1989.
